Range Clerk and Paintball Referee
We’re always looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Range Clerks and Paintball Referees. These positions report directly to the Range Manager and play a key role in supporting both the administrative and operational sides of our 80-acre outdoor shooting range and paintball arena.
Overview
You’ll work as partof a small, team-oriented staff, ensuring every visitor enjoys a safe, professional, and memorable experience. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors in both summer and winter conditions.
Primary Responsibilities
Range Clerk Duties
- Check in and check out customers using our scheduling and invoicing system
- Answer phone calls and emails professionally and promptly
- Explain membership benefits and range safety rules
- Perform retail transactions at the point of sale
- Conduct range tours for prospective members
- Assist with inventory management
- Perform light outdoor maintenance (target repairs, equipment upkeep, facility cleanup)
- Support other team functions as assigned
Paintball Referee Duties
- Explain game rules and safety protocols to participants (adults and youth)
- Monitor games to ensure compliance and safety
- Perform equipment maintenance and facility cleanup
- Handle retail transactions
- Provide friendly, professional communication to ensure a positive guest experience
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Position Details
- Location: Cowtown Range, 10402 W. Carefree Highway, Peoria, AZ 85383
(A 30-minute or less commute is recommended) - Type: Full-time and Part-time positions available
- Compensation: $17.00/hour
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends
